• The MAXPRO200® LongLife® Plasma Cutting System was developed for high-capacity, high-load cutting and gouging applications. This user-friendly system can be operated with air, oxygen or nitrogen plasma. It features high cutting speeds and quick process change-overs for maximum productivity The latest Hypertherm consumable design, like LongLife® technology, increase wear resistance and consumable life resulting in lower per-part cost.

The VWI (Vented Water Injection™) console was developed for customers whose volumes consist primarily of unalloyed steel, but who need better performance when cutting alloyed steel and aluminum, the ability to plunge-cut thicker materials, or high-quality marking. The VWI console offers all the advantages of the Core console, as well as:

• Patent-pending VWI processes, using a protective shield for water spraying and delivering superior cutting results with alloyed steel and aluminum
• The F5 fuel gas function delivers better results than cutting with nitrogen for thinner alloys
