Reducing Sleeves MT/MT

Extension sleeves are used so that tools with a mounting shaft that doesn’t fit the machine can be used for machining. They can be used with an intermediate sleeve or adapter drill with a larger Morse taper mount than is available in the machine. Because of their design, the possible machining height is at least the length of the largest tool taper.
