Universal divider with chuck

A divider is a universal device for gripping and positioning a workpiece at a precise angle, so that it can be machined on its face or side surface. Universal dividers can create direct and indirect separations. Direct separations are normally 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 and 24, and indirect separations are set with an optional indexing component. This divider can be clamped vertically and horizontally. A set of tailstocks and indexing disks is available as an optional accessory.
