• The new PerCut 2000 and PerCut 4000 torches feature improved design and functionality allowing precision cuts and maximum cutting speeds.
• Their unique coolant system ensures maximum life of Kjellberg consumables, reduced gas consumption, and less cost per cut.

Plasma torch

• PerCut 2000 machine torch with quick-changing head and interior contact for initial position sensor
• Significantly less gas consumption than competitor models due to an effective liquid cooling system that includes the nozzle tip
• The same consumables are used for cutting and scribe marking
• Automatic PGV-300 gas console for the automatic control of gases based on material grade and material thickness using integrated databases

• The CutFire 100i is a powerful air/plasma system available at low cost, but suitable for wide variety of applications.
• It is equipped with the latest inverter technology and is one of the few air-cooled systems on the market that offers a duty cycle of 100%. 
• The cutting inverters CutFire 100i built in or after 2017 are equipped with the new Flash 101 machine torch. With its new consumables the torch uses air as swirl gas. The air rotating around the plasma arc stabilizes the arc to allow up to 20 mm deep piercing cuts.
• The cooling and protective effect of the swirl gas ensures higher cutting speeds and longer consumable life.
